The enemies of the US Constitution in the US Senate are self-identifying right now.

The SCOTUS main job is to determine the legal or illegal (Unconstitutional) actions of the legislature and the administration.

SCOTUS may determine that Roe usurped (that's actually a criminal offense) the Constitution by removing a State only power (See Art 1 Section 8 and the 10th Amendment) of abortion laws.

Their really stupid assertion is to "codify" (pass a law) that asserts abortion.

Think about that for a second, the SCOTUS may rule Roe Unconstitutional... so democrats are going to pass a law against the Constitution.

They are showing their hate for the Constitution.

Their actions should clearly show their totalitarian assertions, from an illegitimate POTUS to corrupt Senate and Corrupt Speaker.

Vote then all out and TRUE THE VOTE (because they cheat on a massive scale).

If you understand Marx and Lenin, you understand democrats.
